Adding Dangerous Goods to the System
- Download the template for bulk import of dangerous goods.
- When bulk importing data, an additional column will appear for identifying dangerous goods.
Template Column Usage
- Users can either:
- Fill all columns as per the template, or
- Only use the column specifically for dangerous goods.
Column Details
- After downloading the template, users will see the usual format, but with an added column to indicate whether an item is classified as dangerous goods or not.
- This column can contain the following values:
- `1` or `0` (representing Yes or No for dangerous goods, respectively).
- The column can also be left blank, which will be treated as `No` (or False).
- Valid inputs are:
- `1` for dangerous goods,
- `0` for non-dangerous goods,
- Or Excel’s default `TRUE` and `FALSE` values.
Input Validation
- Valid inputs include:
- `1` or `0`,
- `TRUE` or `FALSE`.
- Any other entries will not be counted.
Further Automation and Integration
- Once the dangerous goods column is filled and imported correctly, users can also:
- Use this information for the dwell automation.
- There is an extra checkbox available for dangerous goods classification, where the system will allow users to mark Yes or No.
