Procedure of Deleting Containers

This guide explains how to delete a container from the system by clicking the "Delete Container" button. During the deletion process, a confirmation option allows users to prevent the container from being re-added automatically.

 To delete a container, navigate to the Containers and click the "Delete Container" button.

 A confirmation dialog will appear, asking if you want to prevent the container from being automatically re-added.

By default, this option is checked to "Yes." 

This setting ensures that, if the container is associated with a specific bill of lading within the trade flow, deleting the container will permanently remove it from the system. It will not be re-added from the bill of lading or booking data. 

However, if you uncheck this option, the container will be deleted temporarily. The next time data is retrieved from the bill of lading or booking, the container may be re-added if it still exists in the associated records. By leaving the option checked, you ensure that the container is permanently removed and does not reappear in the trade flow.
