This article outlines the steps to delete a user from the Dockflow Dashboard.
Caution:
- Ensure that you have the correct user selected for deletion to avoid removing the wrong account.
- Deleting a user is irreversible; verify that this action is necessary.
- Only Admin Accounts can delete Users

Access Settings
- Navigate to the lower left corner of the Dockflow Dashboard.
- Click on Settings.

Go to Organisation
- In the Settings menu, select Organisation.
- In the Settings menu, select Organisation.

Search for User
- In the Organisation section, you will see a list of all users.
- Use the search function to find the user you wish to delete.

Select User Options
- Once you locate the user, look for the three dots (⋮) next to their username.
- Click on the three dots to open a dropdown menu.

Delete User
- From the menu, select Delete.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear.

Confirm Deletion
- Click on Confirm in the pop-up to proceed with the deletion.
- The user will be successfully deleted from the system.
Troubleshooting
- If you cannot find the user, ensure you are using the correct search criteria.
- If the delete option does not appear, check your permissions to confirm you have admin access.
