Using the dashboard

The dashboard is your home on Dockflow. It shows you a bird’s eye view of everything

The dashboard is your home on Dockflow. It shows you a bird’s eye view of everything happening right now.

To navigate to the dashboard, select Dashboard from the menu.

Header tabs

The header tabs show you important updates on the status of your shipments. The counters represent the number of Tradeflows that are currently in a certain phase.

  • Click on the individual tab to filter the Tradeflows below by each phase.

Tradeflows

First off, we've got tradeflows. This is a separate view where you can observe every created tradeflow for the entity.

Next in line is My tradeflow, here you can find the tradeflow which you are their lead contact.

Containers

All container from all tradeflows are shown here.

Arriving

Shipments arriving within a window of yesterday until two days from today will be displayed in the Arriving tab.

Flagged

The flagged tab shows tradeflows where an important disruption has been detected according to

the assigned flags by the user.

In Transit

All shipments which in the sea are visible here

Temperature

All containers with attached conditions (temperature, humidity ….) trackers are visible here.

Discharged at POD

Arrived shipments which were discharged at POD

Columns:

in the dashboard there are multiple columns where multiple data are shown like tradeflows-references, creation date, lead contact……

To Edit columns : a click on Views

Then you will be able edit which columns would you like to see and their position.

Filters:

The same goes for filters, there are multiple filters you can use on a tab for example: partners, flagged, type, active/inactive …….

Filter are Editable as well, you can edit the filters or clear them all through the filter bar and all-filters function:
